| 摘 要： | 于牡丹芽萌发期和休眠期分别进行腋芽和顶芽组织培养。结果表明 ,自芽萌动至开始休眠为适宜培养期。芽诱导最佳培养基为 :MS +6 -BA(0 5～ 1mg/L) +NAA(0 1～ 0 2mg/L) ,MS为最佳壮苗培养基。牡丹试管苗培养的适宜光照强度为 2 0 0 0lx ,光照时数为 10h/天 ,适宜温度 (2 5± 1)℃。

Study on tissue culture techniques for peony |

| Abstract: | The axillary bud and terminal bud of peony were cultured at germinating stage and dormant stage The result showed that the suitable culture stage was from bud germinating to dormant beginning The optimum medium for inducing bud was MS+6-BA(0 5～1mg/L)+NAA(0 1～0 2mg/L),and MS was the optimum medium for healthy seedling For tube seedling, the suitable light intensity, time and temperature were 2000lx, 10h/d and (25±1)℃ respectively |
