不同大丽花品种盛花期光合色素含量的变化

以国内外12个优良大丽花品种为试材,研究其盛花期叶片中光合色素含量的变化。结果表明：不同大丽花品种盛花期叶片中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量变化趋势不同。斯温顿叶片中叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量随天数的增加均呈双峰曲线。象牙塔、霍莉、塞尔维亚叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量均呈双峰曲线。亮剑叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量均呈双峰曲线。北极星叶绿素a和b均呈单峰曲线,类胡萝卜素含量呈双峰曲线,其它品种叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量均呈单峰曲线。不同大丽花品种叶绿素a/b随天数的增加呈现不同的变化趋势。

Changes of Photosynthetic Pigment Content at Full-bloom stage in Dahlia Cultivars

Twelve fine dahlia cultivars at home and abroad were used to study the changes of photosynthetic pigment content in leaves at the full-bloom stage.The results indicated that the change trends of chlorophyll and carotenoid contents in leaves at the full-bloom stage were different in dahlia cultivars.The change trends of chlorophyll a content in Swinton,Xiangyata,Holly and Serbia showed a double-peak curve with the increasing of days,so did those of chlorophyll b content in Swinton and Liangjian and those of carotenoid content in Swinton,Xiangyata,Holly,Serbia,Liangjian and Polaris.Those of chlorophyll a,b contents in Polaris and those of chlorophyll a,b and carotenoid contents in other cultivars showed a single-peak curve.The ratio of chlorophyll a to b in different dahlia cultivars showed different change trends with the increasing of days.
