摘    要:为了解目前山东省番茄灰霉病菌的致病力及其分化现状,利用离体叶片接种法,对2012年2~3月间采自山东省11个番茄主产区的22个菌株进行了致病力鉴定。结果显示,所有供试菌株均可引起供试番茄叶片发病,不同菌株致病力存在显著分化,且菌株间致病力与菌株地理来源并无相关性。同时采用十字交叉法测定了菌株的生长速率,并进行了菌株致病力与生长速率之间的相关性分析,结果表明菌株生长速率与致病力之间呈中等强度水平的正线性相关。

Abstract:In order to know the pathogenicity and differentiation of tomato grey mould strains,the method of vitro blade inoculation was adopted to identify the pathogenicity of 22 tomato Botrytis cinerea strains from 11 tomato producing areas of Shandong Province in February to March,2012.The results indicated that all the tested strains could cause grey mould on tomato leaves,and there was significant differentiation of pathogenicity among the strains.There was no correlation between the pathogenicity and geographical origin of strains.At the same time,the growth rate of all the strains was obtained through cross bracketing method,and had the moderate strength level positive linear correlation with pathogenicity.
