| 摘 要： | 为充分发挥烟农21号的育种和种质利用价值,对其抗旱节水、高产、优质强筋特性进行了遗传分析。结果表明:该品种含有优质亚基1、17+18和5+10,可作为稀有的优异品质资源和种质创新的优良基因源加以利用;双亲具有丰富的遗传基础,这是其集抗旱节水、高产、优质强筋于一体的内在原因。

| Abstract: | In order to give full play to the use value of Yannong 21 in breeding and germplasm,its characteristics including drought resistance,high yield and high-quality strong gluten were analyzed in this paper.The results showed that Yannong 21 contained the good-quality subunits 1,17+18 and 5+10,so it could be used as rare genetic resources with excellent quality and good gene source for new germplasm creation.Its parents had rich genetic basis,which was the reasons for its collection of drought resistance,high yield,good-quality strong gluten. |
