摘    要:在大田条件下研究树脂包膜控释肥(CRF)和硫包膜控释肥(SCF)对夏玉米籽粒品质的影响。结果表明,在相同施肥量(N、P、K量相同)情况下,控释肥CRFⅢ(1 428 kg/hm2)和SCFⅢ(1 668 kg/hm2)及其减量25%处理的CRFⅡ和SCFⅡ处理的玉米籽粒的粗蛋白和可溶性糖含量和产量都显著高于等量普通复合肥(CCF,1 260 kg/hm2)处理,控释肥减量50%各处理的营养成分含量仍与普通肥处理无显著差异。对于淀粉的含量,施肥量少的处理要高于施肥量多的处理,但差异不显著,产量则施肥量多的处理高。施肥处理的淀粉支/直比都要高于CK,控释肥与普通肥的处理间差异均未达到显著水平,表明施用控释肥能提高和改善玉米品质。

Abstract:The field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of two kinds of controlled-release fertilizers,one enveloped by colophony(CRF) and the other one enveloped by sulfur(SCF),on kernel quality of summer maize.The results indicated that under the same application rates of N,P and K,the CRFⅢ(1 428 kg/hm2) and SCFⅢ(1 668 kg/hm2) treatments significantly increased the contents of crude protein and soluble sugar and yield of maize kernel compared with those of the common compound fertilizer treatment(CCF,1 260 kg/hm2),as well as CRFⅡ and SCFⅡ(25% less than CRFⅢ and SCFⅢ).Even CRFⅠ and SCFⅠ(only half of CRFⅢ and SCFⅢ) could reach the same level of nutrition elements with CCF.The starch content of less fertilizer treatments was not significant higher than that of more fertilizer,but the yield of starch showed opposite trend.The application of fertilizers could increase the ratio of amylopectin to amylose,but there were no significant difference between the controlled-release fertilizer treatments and CCF treatment.In conclusion,the application of controlled-release fertilizer could improve the quality of maize kernel.
