不同贮藏条件对烟草包衣丸化种子发芽的影响

研究了不同贮藏条件对烟草MS云烟85、MS云烟87和MSK326的引发丸化种(裸种经引发处理)及普通丸化种(未经引发处理)发芽的影响。结果表明,引发丸化种低温贮藏(温度<20℃,湿度<40%)26~28个月,其发芽势和发芽率仍在95.0%以上;而室温贮藏超过23个月,引发丸化种的发芽势降为68.3%~82.3%,发芽率降为79.3%~89.3%。普通丸化种低温贮藏26~28个月后,发芽势和发芽率仍在95.0%以上;室温贮藏26个月后,普通丸化种的发芽率在88.3%~93.7%之间,发芽势则降为28.3%~83.7%。说明低温较室温贮藏更有利于延长丸化种子寿命,保持种子较高的生活力;室温条件下引发丸化种贮藏时间短于普通丸化种。

Effects of Different Storage Conditions on Germination of Pelleted Tobacco Seeds

The effects of different storage conditions on tobacco primed and pelleted seeds and unprimed pelleted seeds of MS Yunyan 85,MS Yunyan 87 and MSK 326 were investigated.The results showed that the germination energy and germination percentage of primed and pelleted seeds were still above 95.0% after stored under low temperature(temperature<20℃,humidity<40%) for 26~28 months.But after stored longer than 23 months under room temperature,the germination energy and germination percentage dropped to 68.3%~82.3% and 79.3%~89.3% respectively.For unprimed pelleted seeds of three verities stored under low temperature for 26~28 months,the germination energy and germination percentage still remained above 95.0%;after stored under room temperature for more than 26 months,the germination percentage were between 88.3% and 93.7%,while the germination energy dropped to 28.3%~83.7%.The results indicated that low temperature was more suitable for maintaining longevity and higher vigor of pelleted seeds compared to room temperature.Meanwhile,comparing to unprimed pelleted seeds,the primed and pelleted seeds were not easy to storage under room temperature and the time of storage was shorter than unprimed pelleted seeds.
