黑树莓茎尖组织培养研究

摘    要:取春季黑树莓的嫩枝条,以茎尖为外植体,MS为基本培养基,添加植物激素6-BA、NAA、GA3筛选培养基,进行茎尖组织培养研究。试验结果表明,诱导茎尖萌发的最佳培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA,萌发率高达90%;继代培养最佳培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.02 mg/L NAA+6.0 mg/L GA3,繁殖系数达6.0~7.0;生根最佳培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,生根率为96%。

Abstract:The shoot tips of black raspberry in spring were used as the explants for tissue culture in the MS basic medium supplemented with 6-BA,NAA and GA3.The best medium for inducing germination of shoot tip was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA,in which the germination rate was about 90%.The best medium for subculture was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.02 mg/L NAA+6.0 mg/L GA3,in which the propagation coefficient was 6.0~7.0.Additionally,the best rooting medium was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA,in which the rooting rate was about 96%.
