摘    要:为有效检测鱼腥草中菊酯类农药的残留量,提高食用安全性,建立了气相色谱法检测鱼腥草中的3种菊酯类农药残留的方法。样品采用丙酮提取,50 ml正己烷-丙酮(95∶5,V/V)淋洗弗罗里硅土层析柱净化,用Agilent 6890N GC-μECD气相色谱仪测定鱼腥草中3种菊酯类农药残留。结果表明:方法回收率在77.0%~108.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%~12.6%,分离效果好,灵敏度高,各项指标均满足农药残留分析检测的要求,且操作简便。

Abstract:The method to detect residues effectively of three pyrethroids in Houttuynia cordata by gas chromatography was established for enhancing the edible safety of Houttuynia cordata.The samples were extracted with acetone,cleaned by Florisil column which was leached with 50 ml hexane-acetone(95∶5,V/V),and determined by Agilent 6890N GC-μECD.The results showed that the recovery rate was 77.0%~108.5% with the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1.6%~12.6%.This method was simple with good separation and high sensitivity and could meet the requirement of pesticide residue detection.
