玉米品种早期抗旱性分析

摘    要:对山东省主推的9个玉米品种进行了萌发期PEG模拟水分胁迫试验。结果表明:水分胁迫对每个玉米品种的发芽势、发芽率、胚根长、胚根干重等都有影响,但不同杂交种在抗旱性上存在明显差异。本研究使用隶属函数法对参试材料抗旱性进行了定量评价,其中莱农14、农大108、登海701为早期典型抗旱型品种;浚单20、金海5号、青农105、中科11为早期较抗旱型品种;登海662、郑单958为早期不抗旱型品种。其它各抗旱筛选指标中,种子萌发抗旱指数与隶属函数对品种抗旱性分析结果较为一致。

Abstract:The drought resistance of nine maize varieties mainly popularized in Shandong Province was tested at the germination stage under the PEG simulated water stress.The results showed that water stress affected the germination energy,germination rate,length and dry weight of radicle,etc.The drought resistance was obviously different between varieties.The quantitative evaluation results by membership function method were as follows.Lainong 14,Nongda 108 and Denghai 701 were the typical drought-resistant varieties...
