利用SSR标记鉴定鲁棉研15号杂交种纯度的研究

杂交棉制种中的主要问题是由于去雄不彻底导致的制种亲本尤其是母本的混杂。传统的纯度鉴定方法要到下个生长季节才能进行 ,陆地棉品种间杂交种纯度的早期准确鉴定是一个比较难以解决的问题。本研究筛选了 2 17对异源四倍体棉花的SSR引物 ,获得了十几个足以区分鲁棉研 15号父母本及其F1的标记位点 ,为鲁棉研 15号杂交种的纯度鉴定提供了一个准确、稳定和快捷、实用的方法。
