板栗褐缘叶枯病病原菌生物学特性研究

摘    要:本试验对板栗褐缘叶枯病病原菌——板栗拟茎点霉菌生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明:病原菌菌丝在PSA培养基上生长最快;病原菌最易利用的碳源是葡萄糖,最易利用的氮源是氯化铵和甘氨酸;菌丝生长的最适温度为25℃,最适pH值为5—6。病原菌分生孢子在清水及多种营养液中均可以直接萌发,孢子萌发最适温度为20-30℃,最适相对湿度为85%,最适pH值为5。

Abstract:The Phomopsis mollissima pathogen ——Phomopsis(Sacc.) Bubak was purified from Castanea mollissima and its biological characteristics were studied.The results showed that the mycelia grew the fastest on the medium PSA;the optimal carbon source was glucose;the optimal nitrogen source were NH4Cl and glycine;the optimal temperature was 25℃ and the optimal pH value was 5~6.The conidia could germinate in water and many kinds of nutrient solutions under the optimal conditions of temperature as 20~30℃,pH value as 5~6 and the relative humidity as 85%.
