石刁柏雄性系快速微繁技术的研究

1987～1988年用玛丽华盛顿500W等6个石刁柏品种的雄株进行微繁技术研究,结果表明:B_5+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L为适宜芽尖成苗培养基;MS+IBA1mg/L为适宜繁苗培养基1/2MS+IBA3mg/L或1/2MS+KT0.1mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L为适宜切段生根培养基.2.5%:蔗糖浓度,1/2含量的MS矿质盐有利于生根;激素种类和浓度是影响生根的关键因素.

A STUDY ON RAPID MICROPROPAGATION OF ASPARAGUS MALE LINES

In 1987-1988, male plants of 6 asparagus cultivars ( Asparagus officinalis L. ) were used to develop technique for rapid propagation of asparagus male lines by shoot apex culture and stem cuttings. Results showed that B5+BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L was a suitable medium to establish plantlets from shoot apex culture and MS+IBA 1mg/L for rapid multiplication of shoots. The medium, 1/2 MS+KT 0.1mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L or 1/2MS+IBA 3mg/L, was successful in rooting stem cuttings with a rate of 78%.It was proved that kinds and concentration of plant hormones were of the most importance than other factors involved.
