摘    要:近年来,分子标记辅助选择在水稻遗传育种改良中发挥着重要作用,为水稻新品种(系)的培育提供了新的途径。本文首先介绍了分子标记辅助选择的原理及其在水稻育种中的优势;着重综述了运用分子标记辅助选择技术在水稻产量、品质及抗性等相关性状育种中的应用进展;最后简要介绍了该技术在实际应用中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:The technology of molecular marker -assisted selection ( MAS) has played important roles in rice genetic breeding and improvement in recent years .It provided a new method for rice variety breeding . The basic principle of MAS and its advantages in rice breeding were firstly summarized in this paper , and then the application progresses of MAS in genetic improving of yield , quality and resistance were emphatically intro-duced .Finally , the problems in practical application were discussed , and the countermeasures were put for-ward.
