水分胁迫对草莓叶片生理特性的影响

摘    要:以草莓幼苗为材料,研究了不同程度水分胁迫对草莓叶片可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明:随着胁迫程度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,草莓叶片生理特性发生明显变化:水分胁迫下可溶性糖和脯氨酸的积累增加,MDA含量增加,SOD活性呈先升高后下降的趋势。

Abstract:The content of soluble carbohydrates,free proline and malonaldehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in strawberry seedling leaves were studied under different degrees of water stress.The results showed that the physiological characteristics of strawberry leaves changed greatly with the increase of degree and time of water stress.The accumulation of soluble carbohydrates,proline and MDA significantly increased as water stress became intensified.Under water stress,SOD activity of strawberry leaves tended to increase firstly and then decrease.
