鹤庆五味子果实化学成分研究

摘    要:为研究鹤庆五味子果实(Schisandra wilsoniana A.C.Smith)的化学成分,采用硅胶柱色谱、HPLC等分离操作进行分离,通过各种波谱法对化合物的结构进行鉴定。分离鉴定了5个化合物,其结构分别为(+)-γ-Schizandrin(Ⅰ),Kadsurin(Ⅱ),Tigloylgomisin P(Ⅲ),Prinsepiol(Ⅳ),WuweilignanⅠ(Ⅴ)。均是首次从鹤庆五味子果实中分离得到。

Abstract:The chemical constituents in the fruits of Schisandra wilsoniana A.C.Smith were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC,and identified by some spectral methods.Five compounds were isolated and identified as(+)-γ-Schizandrin,Kadsurin,Tigloylgomisin P,Prinsepiol and WuweilignanⅠ.These compounds were isolated from the Schisandra wilsoniana fruits for the first time.
