玉米自交系的配合力效应分析

摘    要:试验采用两套亲本自交系P_1和P_2(P_1为4个自交系。做母本;P_2为7个自交系,做父本),按不完全双列杂交组成28个正交组合,估算其一般配合力(GCA)、特殊配合力(SCA)和总配合力(TCA)及其三者之间的相关。结果表明:P_1和P_2亲本组中某性状GCA的大小对F_1该性状SCA的优劣起着决定作用;利用自交系的GCA效应进行性状互补是有效的;SCA在直接构成产量“三要素”(穗、粒、重)中任何一项的正效应对育种效果意义重大。然而,TCA则是产量育种不可忽视的参数。

COMBINING ABILITY ANALYSIS FOR SEVERAL TRAITS IN MAIZE
Abstract:Using incomlete parallel cross design (consisting of 4 P_1 (♀) anb 7 P_2 (♂), without reciprocal crosses), two sets of self-bred lines of P_1 and P_2 were studied to estimate the values of GCA,SCA,TCA and their correlation. The results showed that the SCA value of a certain character in F_1 was mainly decided by the same character in P_1 and P_2, It was effective to use GCA effects in self-bred lines for complementation of characters in maize breeding. The positive effects of SCA in any of yield components were important in breeding of maize. The TCA was a parameter which must not be neglected in yield breeding.
