| 摘 要： | 通过对 2个冬小麦品种施用钾肥的试验 ,证明钾素能够提高开花后旗叶光合速率 ,提高旗叶中磷酸蔗糖合成酶活性 ,以及旗叶中可溶性蛋白质在开花前后的积累 ;增加了小麦籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量 ,延长了面团形成时间和稳定时间 ,改善了籽粒的营养品质和加工品质 ,提高了小麦产量。

Effect of potassium on grain quality and yield of winter wheat |

| Abstract: | Experiment with different potassium levels in two winter wheat cultivars was carried from 1998 to 1999 The results showed that potassium could increase the photosynthetic rate after anthesis, the sucrose-phosphate synthase(SPS) activity and the accumulation of soluble protein content in flag leaf during the period of anthesis Potassium also increased the content of grain protein, wet gluten, and prolonged the dough development time and stability time, improved the grain quality and increased the grain yield |
