无毛和有毛黄瓜幼苗抗蚜性鉴定

以无毛和有毛黄瓜幼苗为试材,研究了两个黄瓜品种对瓜蚜的抗性。结果表明：接种瓜蚜后,有毛黄瓜幼苗瓜蚜数量始终多于无毛黄瓜,无毛和有毛黄瓜幼苗瓜蚜数量在接种第2天达到最大值,随后减少;用蚜量比值法计算感蚜指数,并进行抗蚜性鉴定,表明无毛黄瓜为高抗材料,有毛黄瓜为高感材料。

Identification of Aphid Resistance of Glabrous and Normal Cucumber Seedlings
