鸭疫里默氏菌2型分离鉴定及药敏试验

鸭传染性浆膜炎是由鸭疫里默氏菌引起的危害雏鸭的一种急性或慢性败血性传染病。其中以鸭疫里默氏菌2型对我国养鸭场造成的危害最大。本试验通过从山东、广西、四川等地分离的20株2型鸭疫里默氏菌分离株的生理生化、药敏试验发现:这20株2型菌分离株其生理生化特性一致;分离株表现不同程度的耐药性,对头孢噻肟钠、氟苯尼考、绿都肠乐、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素和阿莫西林敏感度较高。将20株分离菌株培养物分别接种15日龄健康雏鸭,每只颈部皮下注射1.0×106CFU/ml,观察10天。结果表明:20株分离株对15日龄雏鸭致病性差异较大,致死率从0到100%不等,其中sd-5株致病性最强,致死率为100%;其次分别为sd-4(致死率80%)和hy-2(致死率70%)。

Identification and Susceptibility Test of Isolated Duck Riemerella anatipestifer Serotype 2

Duck infectious serositis caused by Riemerella anatipestifer(RA) is an acute or chronic septic contagious disease affecting young ducks,in which,the serotype 2 RA is the major pathogen in duck farms in China.The physiological and biochemical characteristics,drug susceptibility of 20 strains of duck RA serotype 2 isolated from Shandong,Guangxi and Sichuan Province were studied in this experiment.The results showed that they were consistent in terms of physiological and biochemical characteristics.These isolates were very different in the degree of drug resistance,which were more relatively susceptible to cephalosporins,florfenicol,lvduchangle,roxithromycin,azithromycin and amoxicillin.The 20 isolates had been found to have different pathogenicity in 15-day-old healthy ducklings and the mortality was 0～100% after inoculation with 1 ml of 1×106 CFU/ml via cervix subcutaneous injection.Among the isolates,the virulence of sd-5 was the highest whose mortality was up to 100%,and then the sd-4 and hy-2,whose mortality were 80% and 70% respectively.
