| 摘 要： | 利用大白菜已知CBL基因序列,在公共核酸数据库中重新搜索比对大白菜的基因组序列,鉴定出3个新的大白菜CBL基因,并对这3个基因的结构、遗传进化和顺式元件进行了分析,为进一步克隆和研究这些基因的功能提供了有益借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | Three novel CBL genes were indentified from Chinese cabbage by using the known CBL genes of Chinese cabbage as queries to blast the Chinese genome sequences in public nuclear acid databases.The structure,phylogeny and cis-elements of these genes were analyzed.This study provided valuable information for further cloning and functional analysis of these novel CBL genes. |
