松材线虫伴生细菌与松树萎蔫病关系的初步研究

摘    要:利用3年生黑松苗作接种材料,分别接种消毒后的松材线虫和从线虫体内分离得到的细菌分离物以及线虫与细菌两者的混合物,调查比较发病情况。结果表明,单独接种消毒后的细菌分离物,松树不萎蔫,单独接种松材线虫松树发病枯死,而接种松材线虫和细菌分离物两者的混合物,松树发病更为严重。由此说明松材线虫的伴生细菌对松树萎蔫病的发生有一定作用,但并不是导致松树发病枯死的决定因素。

Abstract:Three year-old seedlings of Pinus thunbergii were inoculated with disinfected Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,the bacteria isolates from its body and the mixture of the two former respectively in this experiment to compare their effects on the pine wilt disease.The results showed that the seedlings inoculated with only the bacteria isolates did not wilt,while those inoculated with the disinfected B.xylophylus or their mixtures wilted and died.So the bacteria accompanying with B.xylophilus played a little role in...
