摘    要:利用抗孢囊线虫的北京小黑豆和哈尔滨小黑豆为抗源种质 ,以有性杂交导入抗线虫基因并创造高产性能 ,育成了黄豆、茶豆、黑豆抗线虫系列种质和黄豆、黑豆、茶豆抗线虫品种齐黄 2 5、齐茶豆 1号、齐黑豆2号。并相继应用这些创新抗源育成了一批抗孢囊线虫、高产、优质、生育期适于山东种植的有希望的优异材料 9172 4、93746、93747、93748等 ,可望把我省大豆科研、生产推向新台阶、新水平。在早期世代识别出有选择潜力的组合 ,进行重点选育 ,重点鉴定 ,将病地田间选择和病土盆栽抗性鉴定结合交替进行 ,是获得抗病性兼丰产性的关键技术

Abstract:A series of soybean germplasm and varieties such as Qihuang 25,Qichadou 1 and Qiheidou 2 resistant to soybean cyst nematode were bred by sex hybridization to introduce resistant gene,using Beijing Xiaoheidou and Haerbin Xiaoheidou resistant to soybean cyst nematode as the resistant parentsThen using these new resistant germplasm as parents,good materials such as 91724,93746,93747,93748 and so on with resistance to cyst nematode,high yield,good quality and growth period suitable in Shandong were bred. As a result,the key techniques to get soybean germplasm with resistance to cyst nematode and high yield was to select potential combinations in the early germinations, emphasisly breed and identify,and combine selection in disease field with resistance identification in pot with disease soil
