摘    要:向发酵后的食用菌菌渣中添加功能微生物菌剂——巨大芽孢杆菌BM002制成生物有机肥,通过油菜盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度微生物菌剂的生物有机肥对油菜生长发育的影响。结果表明,中等浓度(菌剂0.1 g/kg土)巨大芽孢杆菌对增加油菜产量和根系生长有显著作用,但高浓度时(菌剂1.0 g/kg土)会抑制油菜的生长,使用过程中应控制微生物菌剂用量。

Abstract:The fermented mushroom dreg was used to produce bio-organic fertilizer by adding Bacillus megaterium BM002.Different concentrations of microbial organic fertilizer were applied to rape in a pot trial to determine its role and optimal concentration.The results showed that the medium concentration(0.1 g/kg) of Bacillus Megaterium could significantly increase the output and promote the root growth of rape.But it restrained the growth of rape at high concentration(over 1.0 g/kg).So the application amount of BM002 must be controlled.
