收获期对不同饲用玉米产量及饲用营养品质的影响

摘    要:对饲用玉米品种农大108(ND108)和山农饲玉7号(SY7)不同收获时间处理下的玉米全株产量及饲用营养品质进行了研究。结果表明:收获期是影响玉米全株饲用品质的一个关键因素,随着生育期的推进,两个品种全株的干物质含量、脂肪含量逐渐增加,粗蛋白含量逐渐降低,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量先下降而后略上升,生物学产量、各营养成分产量及饲料总能量均明显增加。综合玉米全株的生物学产量和营养品质,SY7在生长期第85~90 d、ND108在第90~95 d收获可以获得较高的全株生物学产量和优良的饲用价值。两个品种相比,SY7全株生物学产量明显高于ND108,粗蛋白含量、粗纤维含量、总能量储备高于ND108,粗脂肪含量低于ND108。综合衡量,SY7要优于ND108。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out with two maize varieties ND108 and SY7 to explore the effects of different harvest time on total plant yield and quality of different forage maize varieties.The results showed that harvest time was a key factor that influenced the plant yield and quality of forage maize.Along with the advancement of growth period,dry matter content and fat content of the two varieties showed an increasing trend,while the content of crude protein showed the opposite trend;neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber content increased firstly and then decreased.At the same time,there was a distinct increasing trend in biological yield,nutrient composition yield,and total energy.Considering of biological yield and feeding quality,SY7 and ND108 harvested at 85~90 days and 90~95 days of the growth period respectively could obtain the highest biological yield and the highest feeding value.Compared to ND108,SY7 had higher biological yield,content of crude protein,crude fiber and total energy,but lower content of crude fat.In conclusion,SY7 was better than ND108.
