摘    要:利用乙醇浸提法提取雪松松针中的黄酮类化合物,以芦丁为对照品,采用NaAc-AlCl3比色法考察总黄酮提取率,通过单因素试验和正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,该方法的最佳提取工艺为:以1 g松针为原料,按照1∶45的料液比加入50%乙醇作为提取剂,于75℃恒温回流提取2 h。最佳工艺条件下雪松松针的总黄酮提取率为3.64%,RSD为4.04%。该方法稳定可靠,工艺合理可行。

Abstract:The total flavonoids in cedar pine needles were extracted with ethyl alcohol. Using rutin as reference substance, the total extraction rate was studied by NaAc - A1C13 colorimetry. The extraction technol- ogy was optimized through a series of single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum extraction process was as follows:l g pine needle sample as raw material, 50% ethanol solution as extractant added at the ratio of material to solvent as 1 : 45, 2 hours' reflux extraction at 75 %. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids from cedar pine needles was 3.64% with the RSD as 4.04%. This method was reliable, reasonable and feasible.
