| 摘 要： | 本研究构建了含马铃薯x病毒（pvx）衣壳蛋白（cp）基因的原核表达载体,利用在大肠杆菌内表达的马铃薯x病毒cp制备了效价为1∶1 600的抗血清。该血清可用于马铃薯、番茄、辣椒和烟草等作物携带pvx情况的检测。 |

| Abstract: | The prokaryotic expression vector of PVX CP gene was constructed,and the antiserum against PVX was prepared with the CP gene expressed in E.coli BL21.This antiserum had the titer of 1∶1600 in ELISA and could be applied to detect the PVX from potato,tomato,pepper and tobacco. |
