茶籽萌发过程中养分吸收特性研究

摘    要:通过测定茶籽在萌发过程中对营养液中铵态氮、硝态氮和P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn元素的吸收量,及营养液的电导率(EC)、pH等指标,以探明茶籽在萌发过程中养分需求的特性。结果表明:pH下降并保持在4.2左右;EC值变小;播种后一个月各元素的吸收均保持在较低的水平,5月下旬至7月下旬则维持在较高的水平,同时出现最大吸收峰值:NH4+-N为6.72 mg/株、NO3--N为0.78 mg/株、P为0.796 mg/株、K为10.75 mg/株、Ca为5.13 mg/株、Mg为0.26 mg/株、Fe为69.07μg/株、Mn为222.88μg/株、Zn为106.36μg/株。在试验期间各元素的总吸收量规律为:K〉N〉Ca〉P〉Mg〉Mn〉Zn〉Fe。

Abstract:The research aimed to master the characteristics of nutrient uptake during germination of tea seeds.The absorption of NH+4-N,NO-3-N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn,the electric conductivity(EC) of nutrient solution and pH value were studied using the hydroponic technique.The results showed that the pH value decreased and kept about 4.2;the EC became smaller.The absorption of various elements kept at a relatively low level after seed sowing for one month,but maintained at a higher level from late May to late July.At ...
