羽毛降解菌的分离及多样性分析

摘    要:从禽肉加工厂的污泥中分离到174株能在牛奶琼脂平板产透明圈微生物菌株,其中42株具有分解羽毛的能力,从中筛选出13株具有较强羽毛降解能力的菌株,均能在48 h内将羽毛完全分解。16S rDNA的BLAST比对及系统发育树分析结果显示,8株菌为寡养单胞菌属(Stenotrophomonas),1株菌为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),4株菌为气单胞菌属(Aeromonas)。

Abstract:One hundred and seventy four microbial strains , forming the clearance zone on the milk agar plate, were isolated from the wastewater sludge of poultry processing plant .Forty two strains showed ability of feather degrading, and 13 strains could completely degrade a whole feather within 48 hours.Through 16S rD-NA amplification and sequencing , the BLAST analysis indicated that 8 strains belonged to Stenotrophomonas, 1 strain belonged to Bacillus and 4 strains belonged to Aeromonas.
