| 摘 要： | 随着食药用菌栽培规模的不断扩大,常规原料棉籽壳和木屑日趋短缺,生产中需要不断开发新型栽培基质,食用菌工厂化栽培后的菌渣营养物质仍然非常丰富,可作为榆黄蘑的主要栽培原料。本文介绍了利用工厂化食用菌菌渣栽培榆黄蘑的关键技术。

| Abstract: | With continuous expansion of the cultivation scale of edible and medicinal fungi,the shortage of conventional raw materials,cotton seed hulls and sawdust,was increasing,so more new cultivation sub-strates should be developed.The dregs of industrial cultivation of edible fungi still had rich nutrient sub-stances,which could be the main raw materials for cultivating Pleurotus citrinopileatus.The key cultivation techniques of Pleurotus citrinopileatus using edible fungus dregs were introduced in this article. |
