| 摘 要： | 选用5个不同品质类型（强筋、中筋、弱筋）小麦品种,采用秸秆还田种植模式,以常规栽培方式为对照,研究其对小麦产量和籽粒品质的影响。结果表明：秸秆还田与传统耕作相比,对分蘖成穗率强的小麦品种产量影响不大,但显著降低了分蘖力弱的大穗型品种产量;秸秆还田能显著提高强筋小麦面粉的蛋白质含量,延长弱筋小麦的面团形成时间和稳定时间,对其加工品质有一定改善。
