摘    要:利用离差平方和法(Ward’s)对36个粳稻品种穗部性状进行聚类分析,结果表明,36个品种可分为紧穗型、中间穗型和散穗型三类。利用分布于水稻12条染色体上具有丰富多态性的28对SSR引物对36个水稻品种进行PCR扩增分析,共检测到76个等位基因变异,每一个位点上检测到的等位变异数为2~9个,平均为2.71个。根据扩增结果可以将36个品种相互区分。供试品种间的遗传相似系数值为0.5758~0.9783,平均为0.8042,遗传相似性变化较大。根据非加权平均数方法(UPGMA)聚类分析结果,供试品种可聚为三大类群,其中第一个类群进一步可分为3个亚类。两种聚类结果表明:利用SSR标记的遗传相似系数进行聚类,与利用水稻穗部性状进行聚类,在亚类水平上,有一定程度的吻合。遗传距离矩阵和形态性状的欧氏距离矩阵的Mantel检验表明,二者存在显著的相关性。

Abstract:The panicle morphologic characters of 36 Japonica cultivars were studied by Ward's cluster analysis.The results showed that 36 varieties could be divided into 3 types,the tight,the medium and the disperse.Twenty-eight SSR primer pairs were used to amplify the genomic DNA isolated from 36 rice cultivars and 76 allelic variations were detected.There were 2 to 9 allelic variations per locus and the average number was 2.71.The genetic similarity(GS) indexes of 36 rice cultivars,which varied from 0.5758 to 0.9783 with an average of 0.8042,were calculated based on the data from SSR markers.The results of Unweight Pair Group Method using Arithric Averages(UPGMA) clustering indicated that 36 cultivars could be divided into 3 clusters,and the first cluster could be further divided into 3 sub-clusters.The results of 2 different cluster methods suggested that cluster based on morphologic characters had some consistent with that based on genetic similarity at sub-cluster level.Mantel testing of 2 matrices between genetic distance and morphologic characters showed that the 2 matrices had significant correlation.
