| 摘 要： | 烟叶农场面积大、雇工多，烘烤环节技术含量高、操作复杂，而农场烟叶烘烤过程中存在设备状态差、烘烤技术掌握和运用不到位、人员管理体制不健全等问题，影响了烟叶的烘烤质量。本文针对上述问题，详细分析了问题出现的原因及提高农场烟叶烘烤质量应采取的有效相应对策。

| Abstract: | One tobacco farm has large area and many hired men,and the tobacco curing techniques is very complex.So the problems,such as poor equipment condition,not expertly mastering and exercising the curing technique and distempered people management system,present in farm tobacco curing process affected the curing quality of tobacco.The causes to the problems were analyzed,and the countermeasures for improving the curing quality of farm tobacco were put forward. |
