| 摘 要： | 植物脂质转运蛋白（Lipid transfer protein，LTP）是一类小分子碱性蛋白，占植物可溶性总蛋白的4％左右，目前已经在许多植物中克隆了LTP的编码基因。LTP是一种多功能的蛋白，除了被认为参与了磷脂在生物膜之间的运输外，LTP还在生物膜、角质和脂质的形成、植物的生殖发育以及信号的转导等生物过程中发挥了重要的作用，另外LTP作为一种食物过敏原和防御蛋白引起了科研人员越来越多的兴趣。本文综述了LTP的生物学功能，对LTP在农业上的应用前景做了展望。
