| 摘 要： | 以甘蓝胞质雄性不育系96-A及其保持系96-B为试材,石蜡切片法显微观察结果表明:甘蓝胞质雄性不育系96-A败育的主要时期在减数分裂后的四分体时期至单核小孢子时期。败育发生后,急剧而彻底地解体或凝聚成一团。 |

| Abstract: | Cytomorphology of anther development of cytoplasmic male-sterile line 96-A and its maintainer line 96-B in cabbage was studied with microscopes.The observation showed that the abortion of cabbage cytoplasmic male-sterile line 96-A mainly occured at the stage of the tetrad to monokaryon microspore after miosis.And then the abortion made the inner plant tissue disintegrating or condense a group suddenly and thoroughly. |
