辣椒组织培养再生体系的影响因素研究

摘    要:以早熟辣椒、红线辣椒、茄门大辣椒(绿辣椒)3个品种为材料,研究了辣椒组织培养再生体系的影响因素。结果表明:红线辣椒为最佳基因型,辣椒离体再生最适外植体为茎段、子叶。诱导茎段愈伤生成的最佳培养基为MS+0.10 mg/L 6-BA+2.0 mg/L NAA;子叶愈伤生成的最佳培养基为MS+0.10 mg/L6-BA+4.0 mg/L NAA;高效不定芽分化培养基为MS+5.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IAA;高效不定根分化培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.1 mg/L NAA。

Study on Influencing Factors for Regeneration System of Pepper Tissue Culture

Abstract:Three varieties including premature pepper , Red pepper and Qiemen pepper ( Green pepper ) were used as materials to study the factors influencing regeneration system of pepper tissue culture .The results showed that the genotype of Red pepper was optimum .Stem segment and cotyledon were the optimum explants for in vitro regeneration, and the medium for their callus induction were MS +0.10 mg/L 6-BA+2.0 mg/L NAA and MS+0 .10 mg/L 6-BA+4 .0 mg/L NAA respectively .The medium for high-efficient differentia-tion of adventitious buds was MS +5.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IAA, and that for differentiation of adventi-tious roots was MS+0.5 mg/L IBA +0.1 mg/L NAA.
