| Abstract: | Actively using the existing network resources and utilizing all kinds of outsourcing services provided by IT enterprises,the agriculture-related enterprises could reduce costs,spread risks and enhance the core competitiveness.In this paper,the costs and benefits about applying agricultural services outsourcing information platform were analyzed,and how to outsource correctly was discussed. |
