| 摘 要： | 为了探讨内源激素与大葱抽薹的关系，采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定了大葱抽薹植株与未抽薹植株生长过程中脱落酸（ABA）、生长素（IAA）、赤霉素（GA3）以及玉米素核苷（ZR）内源激素的含量。结果表明：较高水平的ABA、IAA、zR含量以及较低水平的GA3含量对大葱抽薹具有促进作用；4种内源激索含量越冬前低、越冬后高，有利于大葱抽薹。 |

| Abstract: | The endogenous hormones including abscisic acid(ABA),indoleacetic acid(IAA),gibberellin(GA3) and ribosylzeatin(ZR) in bolting and unbolting Welsh onions were determined by ELISA method to discuss their relation with bolting of Welsh onion.The results showed that high content of ABA,IAA and ZR and low content of GA3 could promote Welsh onion bolting.Low level before wintering and high level after wintering of these four hormones was favorable to bolting of Welsh onion. |
