| 摘 要： | 从新疆地区棉花根际分离出4 028个细菌分离物,以棉花立枯病病原真菌立枯丝核菌(Rhizocto-nia solaniK櫣hn)为靶标菌,通过平板对峙法,获得48个具有拮抗性能的分离物,其中MK48、MK49、MK50及MK51具有较强的拮抗性能,且拮抗性能稳定,具有较好的生防潜力。经过形态观察、生理生化特性分析及16S rDNA序列分析,MK48为短短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus brevis),MK49和MK51为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sub-tilis),MK50是铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)。MK48、MK49、MK50及MK51的16S rDNA序列在GenBank中注册号分别为:EU272855、EU272856、EU272857、EU272865。 |

| Abstract: | 48 antagonistic bacteria screened from cotton rhizosphere were antibiotic against Rhizoctonia solabni Kühn.Four isolates,MK48,MK49,MK50 and MK51 showed strong and stable antibiosis.Based on the results of morphologic characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA,MK48 was identified as Brevibacillus brevis,MK49 and MK51 were identified as Bacillus subtilis,MK50 was identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The 16S rDNA sequences of MK48,MK49,MK50 and MK51 have been submitted to GenBank and the registration number are EU272855,EU272856,EU272857 and EU272865. |
