不同茄子砧木幼苗生长特性比较

本试验以"济农2000"为对照,研究了托鲁巴姆、CRP、赤茄及台茄等常用茄子砧木的发芽特性及幼苗生长特性。结果表明:台茄发芽势强,赤茄、CRP次之,托鲁巴姆发芽困难。4个砧木品种的株高、茎粗和茎叶鲜重均显著低于济农2000,但根系鲜重、根系活力、叶绿素含量和光合速率均显著高于对照。赤茄幼苗生长速率较快,托鲁巴姆较慢,但托鲁巴姆根系发达,单株根鲜重高达5.9 g,较CK高37.2%,可为嫁接苗提供较多的水肥供应,促进嫁接苗的旺盛生长。试验结果表明,台茄、赤茄、CRP及托鲁巴姆的浸种催芽时间应分别比济农2000提早6、8、27和27天。

Comparison of Seedling Growth Characteristics of Different Eggplant Rootstocks

Germination and growth characteristics of Torvum,CRP, Hiranasu and Daidaro,which were usually as eggplant rootstoks were studied with Jinong 2000 as control. The results indicated that germination energy of Daidaro was the best, Hiranasu and CRP were better, Torvum was the hardest in germination. Plant height, stem diameter and fresh weight of leaves and sheaths of four eggplant rootstoks were markedly lower than those of Jinong2000, but their fresh weight of roots, root activity and Pn were markedly higher than those of control. Growth speed of Hiranasu seedlings were the best, while Torvum were the worst. But roots of Torvum were strong and its fresh weight of root per plant was up to 5.9 g, which increased by 37.2% than that of control. Therefore, grafted seedlings could utilize more water and fertilizer to grow better. Considering the results of study, seed soaking time of Daidaro, Hiranasu, CRP and Torvum could be 6,8,27 and 27days ahead of control,respectively.
