摘    要:本试验模拟腐烂秸秆的环境,以玉米秸秆的浸出汁为培养基,在5℃低温条件下,用双层平板和穿刺法结合筛选到4株快速腐熟秸秆的兼性厌氧菌。依据形态、生理生化特征以及16S rDNA序列分析结果,将YO-1、YO-2鉴定为赫氏埃希菌(Escherichia hermannii),YO-B鉴定为霍氏肠杆菌(Enterobacter hormae-chei),YO-H鉴定为节杆菌(Arthrobacter arilaiti)。进一步通过发酵试验,验证了4株菌对玉米秸秆的降解效果,其中YO-1、YO-H对玉米秸秆降解能力好于YO-2和YO-B。

Abstract:4 strains of anaerobic bacteria decomposing maize straw were screened under 5℃ by double-plates and puncture method.YO-1and YO-2 were identified as Escherichia hermannii,while YO-B and YO-H as Enterobacter hormaechei and Arthrobacter arilaiti respectively based on their morphological,physiological and biochemical characters as well as sequence analysis of 16S rDNA.The results of fermentation test showed that the strain YO-1 and YO-H could decompose maize straw better than YO-2 and YO-B under the same conditions.
