兔病毒性出血症(RHD)母源抗体的测定

应用本课题组研究建立的PPA-ELISA简接法,对孕期和产后不同阶段的RHD血清抗体测定,结果表明.仔兔通过胎盘及初乳获得母源抗体;抗体滴度与母兔相当;母源抗体在30天内降至阴性水平。

DETECTION OF MATRICLINOUS ANTIBODY IN RABBIT INFECTED WITH VIRUS-INDUCED HEMORRHAGE DISEASE

Using the indirect PA-ELISA method to detect the sero-antibody in mother rabbits infected with virus-induced hemorrhage disease at pregnancy and different stages after parturition and the sero-antibody in their babies indicates that the babies get the matriclinous antibody via maternal placenta and mil The antibody titers of babies are equal to their mothers,and the level of matriclinous antibody will reduce to negative in 30 days.
