鲁禽B1、B3系麻鸡体尺及屠宰性能的比较分析

本试验以120日龄鲁禽B1系、B3系专门化品系为研究素材，测定其屠宰性能和体尺性状，分析各性状间的相关性，并对部分指标进行产品质量分级。结果表明：除胸肌率外，鲁禽B3系在各项屠体指标和分割性状上都高于鲁禽B1系，其中品系间活重、半净膛重和全净膛重差异显著（P〈0．05），半净膛率差异极显著（P〈0．01）。产品质量分级结果表明，鲁禽B3系的全净膛率、腿肌率和鲁禽B1系的全净膛率均高于GB／T19676—2005规定的一级标准，两品系的胸肌率和B1系的腿肌率略低于一级标准而远高于二级标准。鲁禽B3系麻鸡的各项体尺指标均高于鲁禽B1系，其中品系间龙骨长差异显著（P〈0．05），体斜长和胸深差异极显著（P〈0．01）。相关分析结果表明，各屠宰指标和体尺指标间呈中度或高度表型正相关，相关系数在0．354～0．992之间。

Comparative Analysis on Body Size and Carcass Traits between B1and B3 Strains of Luqin Spotty Plumage

Body size and carcass traits were measured in B1 and B3 strains of Luqin spotty plumage aged 120 days and their correlations were also analyzed.The results showed that all the carcass traits values of strain B3 chickens were higher than those of B1 chickens except the breast muscle percentage;the differences between strains B1 and B3 in live weight,semi-eviscerated weight and eviscerated weight were significant(P<0.05),while the difference in semi-eviscerated percentage was significant(P<0.01).The eviscerated percentage and leg muscle percentage of B3 chickens and the eviscerated percentage of B1 chickens were higher than the first class standard of GB/T 19676-2005;the leg muscle percentage of B1 chickens and the breast muscle percentage of both B1 and B3 chickens were higher than the second class standard but little lower than the first class standard;the body size traits of B3 chickens were higher than B1 chickens,in which,the difference of fossil bone length between strains was significant(P<0.05),and the body slope length and breast depth were extremely significant(P<0.01).Middle or high phenotypic correlations were found between body size and carcass traits of strains B1 and B3 chicken with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.354 to 0.992.
