土壤干旱与复水对花生生理特性的影响

摘    要:本试验以盆栽方法采取完全随机区组设计,研究了不同干旱程度及复水对花生生理特性的影响。结果表明:土壤干旱提高了叶片叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性,复水后50%的处理仍保持较高水平。干旱时根系活力下降,但复水后50%处理根系活力高于对照。土壤干旱使根、茎、叶中可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量升高,但在严重干旱时茎、叶中可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量又有下降趋势;复水后前期适度干旱处理其含量仍高于对照;在第二次严重干旱时,前期适度干旱处理其含量又有所提高。本文为花生干旱适应性及花生前期水分管理提供了依据。

Effect of Soil Drought and Rewatering on Physiological Characteristics of Peanut
Abstract:Pot_culture experiments with complete randomized block design under rainout shelter to investigate the effect of soil drought patterns on physiological characteristics of peanut ( A.hypogaea ) showed that the chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity in stressed plants increased,this higher level was still maintained after stress was released.The root activity of drought plants was lower than that of control,but after rewatering the activity of roots was higher than that of control.The osmotic adjusting substance(soluble sugar and free proline)in roots,stems and leaves increased under the drought conditions,but falling tendency was observed in stems and leaves under severe drought;after rewatering,the osmotic adjusting substance content in mild stress plants was still higher than that of control;and when plants was suffered from severe drought again,the osmotic adjusting substance content in plants with mild stress at early stages increased again.Peanut drought adaptability and water management are discussed here.
