三唑酮及其代谢物在水稻中残留规律研究

摘    要:通过水稻田间试验和室内模拟条件下水、土试验,研究了三唑酮及其代谢物三唑醇的残留消解规律。结果表明,三唑酮降解速度较快,在水稻植株中的半衰期为2.2~3.2 d,土壤中为23 d,水中为4.3 d。按照不同剂量施药2次或3次后,分别间隔21、28 d取样检测,三唑酮在稻米、稻壳、植株和土壤中的残留量分别小于0.03、0.65、0.46、0.09 mg/kg,三唑醇在稻米、稻壳、植株和土壤中的残留量分别小于0.03、1.25、0.78、0.06 mg/kg。

Abstract:The degradation dynamics of triadimefon and its metabolite in rice were carried out under field conditions and indoor-simulated submergences respectively.The results showed that triazoketone was quickly decomposed in rice.The degradation half life were 2.2~3.2 days for rice plant,23 days for paddy soil and 4.3 days for paddy water respectively.After normal application,residues of triazoketone in rice,shell,straw and paddy soil were less than 0.03,0.65,0.46,0.09 mg/kg respectively,and that of triadimenol were less than 0.03,1.25,0.78,0.06 mg/kg respectively.
