| 摘 要： | 对17份大白菜品种（品系）进行花药培养，有15个品种诱导出胚，品种诱导成功率为88．2％。其中，德阳王的胚诱导率最高，为24．06胚／蕾。对大部分基因型来说，以B5-10培养基的诱导效果最好。生长在自动化温室中的供体植株比冬暖式大棚的供体植株更容易诱导出胚，叠抱类型比合抱类型的品种更容易诱导出胚。

| Abstract: | Anther culture was carried out with 17 varieties of Chinese cabbage.The embryos were induced from 15 varieties and the induction rate was 88.2%.Among the tested cultivars,Deyangwang had the highest rate of embryo induction with 24.06 embryos per bud.Most genotypes got the highest induction rate on B5-10 medium.Donor plant grown in automatic greenhouse was easier to induce embryo than that grown in solar greenhouse,and the repeat type was easier than the close type. |
