复合健鸡散超微粉促进雏鸡生长的临床试验

本试验将雏鸡分为6组,每组50只。药物混饲添加,分别为高剂量组(2 g/kg饲料)、中剂量组(1g/kg饲料)、低剂量组(0.5 g/kg饲料)、健鸡散剂对照组(1 g/kg饲料)、安全剂量组(5 g/kg饲料)、空白对照组(不用药)。本品连续试验添加21天。结果表明,试验药物高、中剂量组雏鸡平均增重、平均增长率与其它各试验组相比差异显著(t>1.96,P<0.05)。低剂量组、对照药物组与空白对照组差异不显著(t<1.96,P>0.05)。安全剂量组试验鸡生长发育正常,未出现中毒现象。

Clinical Test of Jianjisan Compound Mieropowder on Enhancing Growth of Chickens

The healthy chickens were divided into 6 groups and every group has 50 chickens.The Jianjisan compound micropowder was applied by mixed with feed,and the treatments were the high dose(2 g per kilogram feed),the medium dose(1 g per kilogram feed),the low dose(0.5 g per kilogram feed),Jianjisan control dose(1 g per kilogram feed),the safe dose(5 g per kilogram feed) and the control(no medicine).After 21-day continuous addition,the average body weight and growth rate of high-and medium-dose groups were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05),while those of low-dose group and Jianjisan control group were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).The chickens of safe-dose group growed and developed well,which indicated that the product is safe.
