摘    要:本试验以黄瓜品种津春2号为材料,研究了铝胁迫对黄瓜种子发芽及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,铝处理显著抑制了黄瓜种子萌发后根部的伸长,提高了根部抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)活性。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在低浓度铝处理下活性升高,而在高浓度下降低。

Abstract:The cucumber variety Jinchun 2 was used to study the effects of aluminum stress on the seed germination and the antioxidant enzyme activities.The results showed that the aluminum treatment significantly inhibited the root elongation and increased the activities of APX,POD,CAT and DHAR.The SOD activity was stimulated by the low concentration aluminum and inhibited by the high concentration treatment.
