| 摘 要： | 利用一个地区农业政策的分析规范,对1998-2003年的北京市农业政策进行了评价,包括政策内容的评价、国家政策的衍生性以及政策自主性和体系化的演变.归纳了政策效果的不如意之处以及新一轮政策调整的限制因素.
