| Abstract: | At present,it is improper for the suburb of Beijing to develop energetically the labour intensive industry.However only at special co nditions,such as for the aim of socia l stabilization and arrangement of job,the industry can be kept.In the subur b of Beijing,it is necessary to develop the service business with dense -labour and the industry which needs a lot of capital and technology. |
