高素质农民高职培养现状分析与对策研究

近年来，政府非常重视高素质农民高职培养工作。从培养现状上看，高素质农民学历培养前景广阔，高职院校特色鲜明，但在教学针对性上、教学方式方法上以及教学超前性上还存在诸多问题，需要进一步强化高职院校特色，提高教师素质，改革与创新人才培养模式，改革课程教学内容与方法，提升课堂效率，注重教育的超前性。
